Venue TwentyTwo Wedding
Jason and Danilee | Spectacular city views at this Venue TwentyTwo Wedding
Jason and Danilee had one of the most awe-inspiring, long-awaited, and highly anticipated Venue TwentyTwo weddings I have ever seen. What started off as a 2020 wedding date ended up being postponed three times and resulted in a late October 2021 celebration. And boy, was it a great one! Hands down, 100% worth the wait.
They chose Venue TwentyTwo as their wedding venue. If you’ve never seen the space, I’d highly recommend seeing it in person (or just scroll down) to check it out! Located on the 22nd floor of the Westin Hotel, it’s such a centrally-located venue that will wow your guests. Having worked there a number of times, I never get tired of seeing the view. On top of that, the staff is always super friendly to work with and the food is next level.

The Venue TwentyTwo Wedding
I feel like I first need to address the fact that the beautiful bride – Danilee – is probably the closest thing to a real life Disney princess I’ve ever seen. Her dress, her tiara, and her sparkling personality literally made her shine on her wedding day. She even had the DJ play Disney songs during the ceremony as the guests arrived!
But fairytales aside, their entire day was full of magic. From the views to the decor to the wedding party dancing in the rain. We had such a wonderful day of celebrations that were only made sweeter by the long-awaited anticipation of this wedding day.
Venue TwentyTwo Decor and a Rooftop First Look
To say this wedding was beautifully curated would not be doing it justice. With an all-star vendor team like this one, Jason and Danilee truly had the wedding of their dreams. The decor and attention to detail was unrivaled. The place settings were completely on point. And the dessert table? Just fabulous. It was a spectacularly decorated space and a treat to photograph!
I met up with these two at the Westin Hotel where they were getting ready. Once we had their details captured, they had their first look up on the rooftop of the hotel. We were lucky enough to be able to use the suite with the grand terrace overlooking the city. The views did not disappoint!

Westin Hotel Ceremony and Rainy Wedding Party Portraits
The ceremony itself took place indoors at the Westin Hotel (just a few floors beneath Venue TwentyTwo). We managed to steal a moment with Danilee beforehand where she had a reveal with her dad. Right after, the ceremony began and there wasn’t a dry eye in the room!
For wedding party portraits afterwards, we ventured outdoors in the rain. I just loved how adventurous these two (and their wedding party) were. It didn’t matter that it was raining, they were just so excited to be having their wedding day that they didn’t care about a few drops of rain. We did most of their portraits along the canal, and ventured back inside for their reception.

Ok these are the most stunning photos ! You captured their day so beautifully ! Congratulations to them 😍
What a sleek venue! I am living for the moody city vibes here; and you’re totally right, Danilee is a Disney Princess!
