Hi loves, and welcome to our holiday mini sessions at The Knox! Since our holiday minis are always such a great hit, we’re excited to be back at The Knox this year! We’re really looking forward to capturing this time of your life and giving you some amazing memories to look back on.
As always, we plan to create a cozy, intimate holiday setting with both indoor and outdoor options for photographs. Both Angelica and Casey will be there to welcome you when you arrive and photograph your session!

You can bring up to 6 people for the mini session.
Absolutely – this is a pet friendly environment! Just give us a heads up if you plan to bring your pet, and we just ask that they stay on their leash throughout the session.
Both options are available – and you can choose whichever you prefer (or you can do both if you’d like)!
The sessions are being hosted at The Knox in Merrickville. It is a beautifully restored old church with gothic windows. The interior will be staged with a number of sets with minimal holiday decor. If you want, we can also take photos outdoors in the backyard area (with grass and trees / tall grass).
You will receive your photos approximately 2-3 weeks after your session, well in time for use on holiday cards! I will send you an email with a link to an online (password protected) gallery where you can download all of your photos in full resolution. You can even share the link and password with any family and friends who would also like to view/download the photos!
As you can imagine, this is a quick session so it’s super (super) important to be on time! I recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before your session starts (especially if you have kids/babies/pets) to get settled in, fix hair, do up buttons, and get all the little details straightened out before we start shooting. Once your session time starts, we want to maximize every minute so it’s best to be 100% ready to go when that happens.
If you are a couple minutes late to your session, we can do our best to get as many shots in as we have left, but I can’t guarantee you’ll get much variety. If you end up being later than your entire time slot or do not show up to your session, the session will be considered “cancelled” by you and your payment will be kept as it is non-refundable.
I will have other clients booked before and after you, so changing or delaying your time slot on the day of our mini session is not possible.
If you need to cancel, please email me as soon as possible to let me know. Since I have a limited number of mini sessions available, the payment is non-refundable (as it is used to reserve your time slot).
