Guild Inn Estate Wedding
Charlotte and Gajan | A romantic Guild Inn Estate wedding
Charlotte and Gajan, where do I even start? Should I start at the beginning, during our first video call when we clicked instantly? Or should I fast forward to our epic engagement session in the Puget Sound? Honestly, I don’t know. Since there are so many incredible things I want to write about these two, I’ll just dive right in. And so here we go!

The Guild Inn Estate Wedding
With the very best wedding vendors that Toronto has to offer, and with a solid vision ahead of them, Charlotte and Gajan were able to craft their dream wedding day! The two have an incredible eye for design. So they put a lot of effort into ensuring the day looked exactly as they wanted. Since the wedding was in late August, it was important to the couple that the wedding colours match the season. They channelled a lot of rusty, burnt autumn tones mixed with bright pops of colour. Because of this, they coordinated mismatched bridesmaids dresses to match. There were beautiful dried floral installations everywhere. And ALL of this blended seamlessly with the gorgeous venue!
Mixing Traditions in non-traditional ways
One of the most important aspects for this non-traditional couple was to preserve and incorporate some of their family heritage in their wedding. Combining Chinese cultural traditions with Sri Lankan elements was one of the most awe-inspiring aspects of their day! From door games, to tea ceremonies, to having their parents bless them with florals. It was truly stunning. Since they combined everything that was important to them, it was a very meaningful wedding.
