Due to the limited time, we ask that you keep the number of people involved to 6 people or less for your session. The more people involved, the more difficult it is to capture genuine moments between the people in the photos (and you know we’re all about that real connection)!

Absolutely – this is a pet friendly environment! Just give us a heads up if you plan to bring your pet, and we just ask that they stay on their leash throughout the session.

As you can imagine, this is a quick session so it’s super (super) important to be on time! I recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before your session starts (especially if you have kids/babies/pets) to get settled in, fix hair, do up buttons, and get all the little details straightened out before we start shooting. Once your session time starts, we want to maximize every minute so it’s best to be 100% ready to go when that happens.

If you are a couple minutes late to your session, we can do our best to get as many shots in as we have left, but I can’t guarantee you’ll get as much variety. If you end up being later than your entire time slot or do not show up to your session, the session will be considered “cancelled” by you and your payment will be kept as it is non-refundable.

We will have other clients booked before and after you, so changing or delaying your time slot on the day of our mini session is not possible.

If you need to cancel, please email us as soon as possible to let us know. Since we have a limited number of golden hour sessions available, the payment is non-refundable (as it is used to reserve your time slot). 

We’ll be monitoring the weather forecast pretty closely in the days leading up to the Golden Hour Sessions. So, if it’s calling for rain during your session, we’ll reach out to you by email within 24 hours before your session. If you’d like to proceed with the session anyways, that’s totally fine (we don’t mind a bit of rain, and it makes for beautiful photos)! But if you’d like to reschedule, we’re happy to be flexible with finding a new date and time.

You will receive your photos within 2 weeks after your session. I will send you an email with a link to an online (password protected) gallery where you can download all of your photos in full resolution. You can even share the link and password with any family and friends who would also like to view/download the photos!
